Ecommerce product uploads

In the upload file:

• col 1 “action delete N” should be there
• col 2 “action hide N” should be there
• col “kk_id” must not be there

KK products are created automatically, with the required data. The kk_id is saved in the product record.

In the upload file:

• col “kk_id” must not be there
• columns with system data - red and yellow - must NOT be removed
• columns with features (blue), links (green) and attachments (pink) can safely be removed

Products are matched by the 3Spices “code”. 3Spices automatically updates the products and prices in KK.

Example of the procedure to share with the customer for the massive upload of attachments.

• all the images should be transferred to us already in the final sizes, ready to be uploaded

  • gallery: 1440×1440
  • thumb: 730×730

  • list and gallery file names should match with the names in the Excel catalog update file
  • thumbs should have the same name as the gallery images and have to be stored inside a folder called “thumb”

  • the massive images upload should be performed after the catalog has been updated with the Excel file
  • the upload is a delicate operations that requires time and attention, it should be planned at the date agreed in advance

  • every run of the procedure takes 2 hours, if everything is correct, regardless of the number of fabrics/images
